Why I created Forandras

There was my life before AI. There has been my life since AI.

There was my life before AI. There has been my life since AI.

There was my life before AI. There has been my life since AI.

Transformation has been my through-line: in myself, in people, and in the systems they work within. My career in business has spanned human behaviour and performance, and technology and data. My doctoral research was in collective intelligence. I think in systems, connecting ideas from fields that rarely meet. AI is where it all comes together, and it changed the scale of what I could imagine and accomplish.

Working with frontier AI through sustained thinking partnerships, I brought my judgment, ambitions and lived reality. My AI partners brought questions, challenges and possibilities I might not have reached, and I challenged them in turn: when something drifted, when it didn’t ring true, or when I sensed I was being told what I wanted to hear. Together, we created things neither of us would have produced alone.

I also learned what it takes to sustain that relationship. The continuity, the context and the governing structures didn’t exist yet, so I architected them while doing the work they were meant to support.

Forandras is the architecture I wished had existed when I began.
Now you don’t have to build it yourself.

Not by making you less central to your own future. By helping you become capable of more.
